About Us

I was born in Nashville. My father was born in Nashville. My grandfather lived and died in Nashville. My roots here go deep.

I have lived nearby in Atlanta where in 1978 I started the concept of a directory to ALL the new home subdivisions, condominium and townhome communities. Not just advertisers, not just selected communities, not just the offerings of a single builder.

I have always wanted to serve my birthplace with this product, and now my team and I have built "Nashville New Homes Guide" using the same model we have polished as “Communities Magazine Online.” First it was a magazine and today it is a heavily-used website serving new home shoppers and real estate agents in the ever-growing metropolitan market.

In Nashville as in Atlanta, we list qualifying information - community names, price ranges, locations with maps, schools and phone numbers for all the new construction communities we can find. And, with the help of our clients in Nashville, we will be adding lots of photos, descriptive copy and plenty of links to their new homes for sale.

I am thrilled to offer this site as as tool to make new home buying and selling easier than ever.

Thank you for using us and helping Nashville New Homes Guide grow.
